Height: 350 meters s.l.m.

Breeding system: Guyot.

Yield: 70 – 75 q.li per hectare.

Harvest: First decade of November.

Aging: 30 months in Barrique, the rest in bottle.

Alcohol content: 14%

Color: Intense ruby red with grenade reflections.

Characteristics: Intense and ample, structured and taste-flavored, it is dry, warm, soft enough and well-balanced with freshness and tanniciness, slightly salty, ideal for accompanying meat dishes.
